We offer our national and foreign clients different accommodation alternatives in some of our fully equipped apartments with everything necessary for our guests to have a comfortable stay. It is a pleasure for us to serve you in an environment where you can always be comfortable and safe, with all the benefits of staying in a place three minutes from the city center and steps from supermarkets, cinemas and pharmacies. We also offer commercial agreements with companies and institutions. Our goal is to offer all the necessary functions for your stay in a recommendation reference. Commercial terms Tax collection The payment of taxes to the public service is based on the following tax rate valid for the entire national territory (Chile): 19% (VAT) All rates published on our website are tax (19% VAT). Reservations Only reservations that have been paid in advance upon arrival due to some form of payment that we offer from our site have been taken into account. Prices The prices of the lodging reservations are by number of people. Extras Services The use of any other additional service to the accommodation (laundry, long distance telephony, etc.), will be charged regardless of the original cost of the accommodation. Use of Wifi The use of the Wifi signal is a provision of our customers and has no additional cost, it is FREE. Parking lot The use of the parking is available to our customers according to availability and has no additional cost. Lodging of children and infants • Children under the age of 4 are understood as children, who do not pay. They are considered accommodated in the same room as their parents. Cancel a reservation 

If for reasons of force majeure your arrival is not possible on the date stipulated in your reservation, attentive to your requirements, it offers the following ways to cancel a reservation that has already been paid in advance of your arrival: 1. Return of your money You can contact us with up to 24 Hrs. in advance of the agreed date to notify us of the cancellation of your reservation. It is enough to contact our contact form, or write to our E-Mail: reservas.antofagasta@bahiacaracoles.cl Once we receive the notice of the cancellation of your reservation, we will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate the return of your money. Please remember to notify by e-mail or by telephone the cancellation of your reservation 24 Hrs. before at the most. Otherwise, you will lose your reservation and there will be no refund of money. 2. Reuse your reservation You can contact us with up to 24 Hrs. in advance of the agreed date to notify us of the cancellation of your reservation. It is enough to notify us through our contact form, or write to our E-Mail: reservas.antofagasta@bahiacaracoles.cl Once we have received the cancellation notice of your reservation, we will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate the new reservation date. You can reconfirm a new reservation with previously accredited funds within a period no longer than 90 days from the initial date of the reservation that was canceled. That is, if you choose this method, there will be no refund of money and you can make use of your reservation again according to the original conditions within 90 days after the date of your initial reservation. To cancel a reservation in High Season (May 2017), it is necessary to give notice at least 30 days before your arrival.
